From Borneo's first coding school to Sabah's digital ecosystem builder.
Founded in 2019, Elevate began with a focused mission: to equip local talent with coding and digital skills. As Borneo's first coding school, we built a foundation for digital talent — through training, bootcamps, and hands-on learning.
But as the ecosystem evolved, so did we. Today, we do more than run programmes — we support startups, collaborate with partners, and help shape Sabah's tech future. To reflect this broader mission, we've rebranded as Elevate Initiative.
Our vision now reaches beyond education. We're building a complete tech ecosystem that nurtures innovation at every stage — from talent development and startup incubation to industry partnerships and community building. We create pathways for local talent not just to join the tech industry, but to lead it: launching startups, building products, and solving regional challenges through technology.
By 2030, we envision Sabah as a thriving digital hub — powered by homegrown talent, leading innovation across Southeast Asia not just as employees, but as founders, builders, and leaders.
